This Wednesday, Jan 24 is in the US and we're spreading the word. Spoon into the creamy, the chunky and the downright playful side of - make your own, serve it on pizza and/or hot dogs and then we wrap it all up in some dessert recipes that will leave you feeling all warm and gooey inside.
Roast whole blanched peanuts in a 180°C oven for 15 minutes, stirring often, or until deep golden. Cool, then process with 2 tbsp of peanut oil for each cup peanuts, until a smooth (or chunky) paste forms. Add more oil if needed. Add salt to taste and a little honey, if you want it slightly sweet. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Flip it and disperse it
Quite possibly the easiest hack ever (big call, we know). Want to avoid that oily rise? Then simply store your nutty jar upside-down and boom - you'll have solid goodness ready to spoon and spread without any mixing or fuss. Just make sure your jar is sealed tightly to avoid any leaks.
Don't waste a drop
Serve your hot chocolate in an almost-empty jar to combine the goodness of peanut and chocolate once again.

On Friday, January 5, London pizza joint released its Veganuary pizza special. A sourdough pizza base topped with combines beetroot, pumpkin pesto, chickpeas, crispy onions, celery, sultanas and maple and peanut butter. We all know , so this may just take off.
Phobias
Proceed with caution, especially if you have arachibutyrophobia - the fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth. Those with the phobia may just want to steer clear of the nutty butter and keep it to jam.

A hybrid between the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and a Cadbury Creme Egg - the Peanut Butter Creme Egg replaces the white gooey creme with a soft and gooey peanut butter creme. They generally come in a pack of five, and while this isn't a Cadbury product, it's creamy butter filling certainly reminds us of that classic Easter time favourite. It isn't available in Australia, so we'll have to settle with Reese's Peanut Butter bars and Cadbury Creme eggs on their own for the time being.
