Now the host of the brand-new SBS series shares his passion for fresh local produce at .
"I am proud to call this place home and so excited about being able to devise menus that are local," Peter explains.
With a restaurant and bar available, the menu changes regularly to reflect Peter's travels. The Beach House combines local and international flavours (Peter's Five Pot Curry is particularly popular) with a dash of coastal flair. And what a better way to celebrate his Coastal Kitchen series, than with a Coastal Kitchen dinner event recently. Here's what was on show!
If you weren't part of the lucky crowd at the dinner, never fear. is offering pretty much Peter on a plate. You can expect local seafood of mud crab, lobsters, bugs just to start, native herbs, vibrant cocktails, authentic Sri Lankan curries... and everyone is welcome!
