Key poll finds swing to Australians wanting fewer migrants

A nationwide survey shows a majority of Australians now think the country's immigration intake is too high. The telephone and online survey of 1,200 people by the Sydney-based Lowy Institute has found 54 per cent of the population feels the annual intake is too much.
