City of Canterbury Bankstown conducted the Introductory Food Handler Training Course at Bankstown Library recently. It was arranged in Bangla for the local businessmen and entrepreneurs. Councillor Mohammad Nazmul Huda spoke with SBS Bangla about this event.

Under the Food Safety Standards, a food business must ensure people handling food, or supervising food operations, have the appropriate skills and knowledge in food safety and hygiene.

It is a FREE course for local food handlers and food businesses proprietors.
