澳大利亚人正面临所谓的“订阅陷阱”。

四分之三的人透露，他们在尝试取消订阅时，有过某种形式的负面经历。

消费者政策研究中心的一份报告还发现，3%的澳大利亚人感到：他们被迫保留想取消的订阅。

他们还认为，澳大利亚的消费者法律落后于其他国家。
