How COVID-19 has changed ways Settlement Services International service delivery to people they serve.  The coronavirus has helped introduce new ways services are deliver and Settlement Services International has to adapt with how to continue serving clients they support. They have to change ways the delivery their clients and workers t suite the circumstances. 

"Before COVID people we serve come to us when the outbreak intensifies we change to speak to them on the phone with interpreter available and many resort into working from home and they meets are held on the Microsoft team when there is meeting". Mr. Door Akech Explained.

The pandemic has changed  how everything conducted and how everyone meet with each other has also changed. .
