‘I am contesting as an independent candidate for Yarra City’

For the first time, many African-Australians are contesting the local government elections from various councils in Victoria. Matoc Mordecai, who has lived in the Yarra City for many years, is vying for the council seat as an Independent candidate for Langridge Ward.
