A South Sudanese pastor in Sioux Falls Police is being investigated for leading an alleged fraud within the South Sudanese community in South Dakota. Residents lost thousands of dollars, and Abech Panchol was one of the people who lost $5000. Most of the contributors were asked to pay $1400 to the 'blessing program', and each was promised the '485 per cent interest in two to three weeks.' Abech explained how she gave her money
