Paul Malong:'President Salva Kiir does not know how to resolve problems'

This is the second part of the interview with Paul Malong Awan Anei, who is the former South Sudanese chief of the army. Paul Malong said what made things worse in South Sudan is that Kiir does not know how to resolve problems. Malong also accused Tutkew who is a presidential advisor, and the Director of National Security General Akol Kuch of having the same intention to take power from President Kiir Mayardit.
