In recent years, a group of people with the South Sudanese communities chose to celebrate Valentine day celebration as one of the festivities. They see this celebration as mixing cultures for conservative groups because Valentine Day is treated as a foreign festival. Some people are still hesitant, but many couples can celebrate it. Hellen reports on what is Valentine day and how the community been celebrating the day in recent years.
