On Tuesday, March 21, Australia will celebrate Harmony Day. Every year, the city of Ballarat (VIC) celebrates this special day with a 10 day multicultural event named Harmony Fest. Yvon Davis is involved with the organisation of the fest, which started yesterday. She explains what is planned this year.
