Filipinos are starting to feel the Christmas rush as Victorians gear up for the easing of restrictions and reopening of some businesses by 26 October.

Victorians will be able to leave home without restrictions, no curfew and the travel limit increased to 25km when 70 per cent of eligible population get vaccinated
After 80 per cent is reached, hairdressers and hospitality will reopen for seated service , Victorians can travel interstate and have 30 visitors for home gatherings
