How these two Sydneysiders use their creativity to make Christmas in Australia brighter

Colourful, bright and full of bright lights and decorations— this is what we usually see in every Filipinos' home during the Christmas season. To bring the festive feeling they were used to back home, two Filipinos from Western Sydney used their creativity and started making their own Christmas decors.


Nothing is wasted with Ivy Sugano's creativity in making her DIY Christmas decors - from leaves to twigs and anything she could find at home and around her neighbours.

Michael Crisostomo's love for arts helped him to combine his ideas in creating the massive lantern that now hangs in their church.
