Our hearts are melting for this adorable kid who decided to support "Les Bleus" by brandishing a French emblem… the baguette!

The boy was in Nizhny Novgorod last Friday to watch the quarter-final game between France and Uruguay. He was wearing the team jersey with a blue/white/red béret, and was proudly brandishing a baguette.

He quickly became a star on social media under #baguettekid and #baguetteboy.
Could he have been a good luck charm to the French team? They wone 2-0 after all. We hope he'll be there for the semi-final game against Belgium...

The France-Belgium match will air on SBS, Wednesday, at 4 am. Get your alarm clock ready!
