Adventure shortwave radio operator

Almost everything in communication today is carried out via the Internet. That wasn't always the case, of course. There used to be fax machines and telex and corded telephones, but all these technological developments that were once so useful have disappeared. What also ended up in the museum is the shortwave. Anyone who wanted to listen to international radio in the past had to have a shortwave receiver. That is also a thing of the past today. But there is a group of steadfast fans of shortwave who connect with each other passionately across oceans and continents. Bernd Länger is a shortwave amateur radio operator.
