Swimming with humpback whales: New rules to protect humans and animals

In French Polynesia, holidaymakers have the unique opportunity to swim with humpback whales — an experience that is on the “bucket list” of many and is becoming increasingly popular. But for marine mammals, this enthusiasm also poses risks. New regulations aim to protect both whales and humans.
