Young classic star from Berlin

Classical music is no longer exclusively the domain of European and American artists. On Saturday and Monday, a young musician duo from Korea will make guest appearances in Sydney and Melbourne. Both were winners of major music awards in 2023 for their excellent playing. Jeonghwan Kim is a celebrated pianist, Jenny Jin an outstanding violinist. Under the title THE YOUNG VIRTUOSI, the two classical music stars will perform at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music on Saturday and in the Melbourne Recital Hall on Monday. Jeonghwan Kim, who lives in Berlin and speaks German very well, talks about which musical works are being performed.
