Australia is banning travellers from South Korea in a bid to further curtail the spread of coronavirus.

Following China and Iran, Australia has since banned travelers from South Korea, and has imposed additional control measures on travelers from Italy. At the same time there was a second coronavirus death in Australia, and in South Australia it was announced that an infant was now ill.
