Avocados potential health benefits include improving digestion, decreasing the risk of depression, and protecting against cancer. Nutritionist Dimitra Papamichou talks to SBS Greek.


Avocado is the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. It is a naturally nutrient-dense food and contains nearly 20 vitamins and minerals.
