How is Australia reopening borders for international students?

Australia has reopened its doors for international students after almost two years of border restrictions.   The government recently announced certain relaxations for the student visa holders after easing borders to facilitate the return of international students to Australia. 


Highlights
  • International Students arriving between 19th Jan 2022 and 19 March 2022 can get a refund of their visa fee.
  • Students coming to Australia can work without waiting for their course to start
  • Online studies count towards graduate visa (subclass 485)
