With the COVID -19 pandemic, restrictions and lockdowns, young people face daunting challenges to their mental health and well-being. Due to the heightened anxiety, many can feel stressed, isolated, and depressed. Melbourne-based psychologist Dr Amit Zutshi talks about how to be vigilant and help save youngsters from falling prey to depression.
