Carmen Scalia had a long-life dreaming of studying, after her arrival in Australia as a 15-year-old. Now, at an age where people are traditionally eyeing retirement, she decided to challenge herself.


Carmen Scalia tells SBS Italian how she has embraced study to launch her career in the disability and aged care sector, facing in her first experience with university barriers like having to use technology.
