For the past several years many Yezidi refugees have been resettled in Wagga Wagga. We speak with Laura Johnston who is the Community Development Officer at STARTTS, Wagga Wagga about the services they provide to refugees. The not-for-profit organisation provides culturally relevant psychological treatment and support, to help people and communities heal the scars of torture and refugee trauma and rebuild their lives in Australia.
