The representative of Perth Kurdish Youth society, Roonak Rad, tells us about Newroz activities in Perth. She says that their association is holding two Newroz events, one on March 23 and one on April 27 for those who could not attend on the 23rd. It is very important that children growing up in the diaspora know about their culture, that's why Newroz is very important, says Ms Rad.
