Labor resumes path for refugee relatives to come to Australia

Thousands of refugees who arrived in Australia by boat are celebrating a federal government decision to reopen processing of visas for their family members. But the decision only applies to those with a permanent visa, not more than 30-thousand in temporary visa schemes.
