Undoubtedly, social media has both negative and positive effects on the well-being and mental health of young people. While social media platforms can help teens connect with friends and family, it can also cause depression, anxiety, and loneliness for teens. Mother of three Gozel Khanghah who is deeply involved in the study of childhood education and care shares her thoughts with us about her concerns. Her mission is to understand and take into account the views of her children in their upbringing, we speak to her about her concerns regarding social media.
