Freedoms at 80 per cent vaccination to be revealed

Prime Minister Scott Morrison insists that state leaders should reopen borders once 80 per cent of the population is fully vaccinated, allowing families to reunite by Christmas. New South Wales plans to release its roadmap under 80 per cent vaccination coverage, while Victoria prepares to ease some restrictions.
