"We plan to conduct our own inquiry": Aishwarya's parents disappointed with latest report

The family of Malayalee girl Aishwarya Aswath will pursue their own inquiry into the seven-year-old's death from sepsis at Perth Children's Hospital earlier this year. Her parents say they are disappointed with the independent inquiry report released last day.
