The Australian government pledges $600,000 aid for Nepal earthquake victims

In a response to the recent earthquake tragedy centered in Jajarkot, western Nepal, Australia has unveiled a pledge of $600,000 in humanitarian assistance, aiming to offer vital support to those grappling with the aftermath of the disaster.

In a joint statement released by Foreign Affairs Minister Penny Wong and International Development and Defense Industry Minister Pat Conroy, it has been affirmed that the allocated funds will be dedicated to delivering urgent humanitarian supplies and essential life-saving support, extending a helping hand to those affected by the earthquake in Jajarkot, western Nepal.
