"Confident" Shova Manandhar's body building victory

Shova Manandhar is not your average woman. The champion builder cites self-confidence and family support as key to her success. Manandhar's older daughter is already married, and her youngest son is finishing his high school, and at the age of 36, she has just won the 2018 fitness championship held in Kathmandu. Shova Manandhar spoke to SBS Nepali.
