Electricity prices expected to jump up for some Australians

Australian households are being told to brace for a difficult, expensive winter. From July 1, electricity prices could jump on some parts of the east coast by up to 30 per cent. A government intervention will blunt some of the pain but it's feared the most vulerable remain at risk.
