The news of Nepali citizens being recruited into the Russian army is being picked up by the international media with special interest. Meanwhile, Nepali media have reported that Russia has agreed to send compensation money to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Nepali Embassy in Moscow to the families of Nepalis who were killed in the war with Ukraine. Virat Anupam, a Nepali journalist who wrote the news by talking to Nepali citizens in the Russian army, has analyzed this situation.
