Do you live in Australia, and have a vehicle in Nepal you want to sell? You can do so through the process of transferring ownership called 'power of attorney'. SBS Nepali spoke to Kul Bahadur Magar, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Nepal in Canberra about the legal requirements and things to keep in mind.
