The Kirat community is all set to celebrate Ubhauli on May 5. ethnic group, indigenous to Easter Nepal and some parts of India, celebrate Sakela twice a year, known as Ubhauli and Udhauli. Purna Bahadur Khaling and Sunbara Khaling spoke to SBS Nepali about the importance of the festival, Sakela dance, and Ayosa singing rituals.
