Yoga: 'The stability that therapy, gyms or jogging can't provide'

Acharya Rajan Sharma, from the Global Society for Peace and Spiritual Science Incorporated (GSPSS) in Sydney says yoga is acknowledged for its benefits on mental and physical well-being. SBS Nepali spoke to Mr Sharma about Nepali yoga practitioners residing in Australia, and the significance of Nepal's National Yoga Day which was celebrated on Monday, 15 January this year.
