Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 31-year-old Melbourne man in relation to theft and sexual assault.
Muddasar 'Madi' Saeed is known to frequent the Broadmeadows, Glenroy, Fawkner and Thomastown area and may have fled interstate, Police said.
Police have released two images of Saeed in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
