With their identities concealed by bandanas, three men armed with crowbars stormed into a Subway restaurant in Craigieburn at around 7pm on Friday.

After locking the door, violent thugs demanded cash and valuables from the Subway worker Nidhi Grover and her co staff.

They dragged a young victim by her hair during this terrifying robbery.

Nidhi Grover said that she and her colleagues have been traumatized by this violent ordeal.

“We are extremely shocked,” Nidhi Grover told Seven News.
After smash opening the Subway safe, the gang turned their attention to the three customers to loot their money.

One of the gang members hit an 18-year-old woman on the leg with a crowbar before fleeing away in a car driven by a fourth man waiting outside the restaurant.

It's believed the same gang was responsible for another robbery at a Subway outlet in Thomastown about an hour ago.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
