The executive director of ACTIONAid Australia, Ms Michelle Higelin, spoke to us about the 'Seizing the Moment' report that ACTIONAid and partner organisations like the Pacific Islands Climate Action Network produced, arguing for a New Collective Quantified Goal in funding assistance to countries in the Pacific that are negatively impacted by climate change.
