The Australian government had previously announced that permanent residents of Australia will be able to join the government's security force from next January. But so far, the situation has changed and only citizens of the five eyes countries, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada and New Zealand, have the same opportunity, Australian Defence Minister Matt explained.
