Thirteen years have passed since the end of the war in Sri Lanka.


Ananthi Sasitharan was responsible for social services, rehabilitation, and women's affairs in the Northern Provincial Council of Sri Lanka.  Kulasegaram Sanchayan talks to Ananthi Sasitharan about the plight of women and children living there.
