Investigations continue into the fatal jumping castle accident in the Tasmanian town of Devonport. Six children from Hillcrest Primary School lost their lives and three remain in hospital after a fourth child was allowed home. Tasmania's Education Department has now banned the use of jumping castles and inflatable amusement equipment until further notice. Renuka presents a special report.
