The Jaffna Cultural Centre, built at a cost of about 15 million Australian dollars (1.6 billion Sri Lankan rupees), was inaugurated last Monday, amid reports of an economic crisis in Sri Lanka.


Singapore based Apsaras Arts Dance Company performed at the inauguration of this centre.  Arvind Kumaraswamy, Director of Apsaras Arts Dance Company talks to Kulasegaram Sanchayan.
