Will Australia follow America in anti-abortion laws?

Nearly fifty years after a nationwide law that gave women the right to an abortion, American Supreme Court has recently overturned that decision. Henceforth, different states of the United States may make different laws on this subject.


Komathy Vishakan has been practicing law in Australia and England, before moving to the United States of America, where she continues to practice Law.

Kulasegaram Sanchayan talks to Komathy, about the background of this, the impact of the Supreme Court decision, and the impact it may have in Australia.
