Court documents reveal Thai politician's drug jail time in Australia

NEWS: Sydney Morning Herald, citing 26-year-old court documents from NSW District court, has reported that Thailand's Deputy Agriculture Minister Thammanat Prompao had been jailed for 4 years for his role in trafficking 3.2 kilograms of heroin into Australia in 1990s, which is in contrary to what he told Thai journalists in July this year.
