Thai student agency scam

SBS Thai speaks to Waw, who claims that she is one of the direct victims of a famous student agent—who, up until recently, operates from the heart of Sydney. It has been alleged that the agent has defrauded 50 Thai students in Australia of more than $2 million dollars, not to mention the many prospective students in Thailand—who have lost tens of millions of Thai baht. This ‘audacious’ student agent is currently the “talk of the town” among many Thais in Australia.
