Monday 12 March marks Commonwealth Day - the annual celebration of the 53-nation group, and to mark the occasion, its Secretary General Baroness Patricia Scotland says the decision as to who will replace the Queen as Head of the Commonwealth when she dies will be up to national leaders, including Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.
