1100 NSW properties still without power

Ausgrid says 1100 customers remain without power three days after violent storms hit Sydney and the Central Coast.

More than 1000 properties are still without power three days after violent storms ripped through parts of northern Sydney and the NSW Central Coast.

Ausgrid says emergency crews were working on Tuesday to restore power to 1100 customers affected by Saturday's storms.

"We understand your frustrations and appreciated your patience as we replace poles and restring powerlines," Ausgrid said in Tweet.
