Justin Bieber has reportedly found a new home in Atlanta.

Speculation emerged recently that the 19-year-old Canadian singer is looking to relocate from California to Georgia in efforts to aid his emerging hip-hop career.

And according to TMZ.com he has discovered a 16,000 sq ft mansion with seven bedrooms on Blackland Road in the "old money" Buckhead district neighbourhood of Atlanta.

This estate in the affluent and exclusive district is said to be "extra special" to the star because it ticks off every box on his list of real estate essentials.

"Bieber's demands include an estate that: can't be visible from the street, (is) a minimum of 10,000 sq. ft, (and) lists for between $US4 ($A4.44) and $US10 million ($A11.11 million)," the website writes.

The Blackland Road property is reportedly listed at a price of $US10.95 million.

Bieber will be in good company if he moves to Buckhead, as his mentor Usher lives in the area and so does rapper Young Jeezy.

The star previously lived in Atlanta, after he made the move from Canada to start his music career.

It is rumoured the teenager likes the sense of privacy he feels in the Georgian metropolis, as there are less paparazzi following him around. However, it doesn't appear that the move will be completely permanent as he will still have a base in Los Angeles too.

Bieber has reportedly decided to sell his mansion in Calabasas, California, after experiencing several conflicts with those living near him.

The star has been accused of verbally assaulting and spitting at one neighbour, while another claims he egged their house causing $US20,000 of damage.

He was also accused of speeding around the estate at a high pace in his Ferrari, endangering those in the vicinity.
