A Belarusian singer hopes to lead the pack at this year's Eurovision song contest in Stockholm, Sweden with a controversial performance.

Alexander Ivanov, 21, who performs under the stage name IVAN, plans to perform his song 'Help You Fly' naked in the company of two live wolves.

Strange footage of his rehearsals was shared by the Russian website , which showed him singing, howling and interacting with the wolves.

But the performance may never come to be, as it is against to perform with live animals - though it is apparently not against the rules to perform naked.
IVAN will require special permission from Eurovision to able to bring the wolves on stage.

"We haven’t received any answer from the organisers yet," the singer’s producer Viktor Drobish told .

"But yes, Sasha will be naked on stage and there will be wolves.

"Every person identifies himself with a certain totemic creature.

"Sometimes we suppress it in ourselves but sometimes we have to face it. We want everybody to feel the thin line between humans and nature."
