A police task force put in place to deal with union corruption allegations arising from the royal commission has so far brought 11 people before the courts.

Justice Minister Michael Keenan told parliament on Thursday the task force - which covers NSW, Queensland, Victoria and the ACT - had uncovered allegations of false evidence, common assault and blackmail.

"Equally troubling, evidence heard before the commission includes numerous examples of gross mismanagement and unauthorised use of union members' funds, for example to buy box tickets to a Kiss concert, to buy Tiffany bracelets or in some cases to buy luxury cars," Mr Keenan said.
